This Privacy Policy explains how CTRL+ALT+Press treats information in connection with this website. CTRL+ALT+Press is the publishing imprint of Merek Security Solutions, LLC ("CTRL+ALT+Press," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent literary press based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

1. The short version

This is a small informational website for a literary press. We do not sell anything directly on it, we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not ask you to create an account. The main way you share information with us is by choosing to email us.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you email one of the addresses on our contact page, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it only to respond and to follow up on your inquiry.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information — such as browser type, device type, and a general location inferred from your IP address — as part of delivering and securing the site.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information we receive to respond to your messages, to operate and secure the website, and to understand general traffic to the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Book pre-orders and purchases are handled on separate sites — such as our launch-title store and our retail partners — each of which has its own privacy policy.
